Stateside serves as your importer of record with the Alcohol and Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau (TTB). We handle the federal permits, state registrations, and label approvals that are required before a single bottle can legally enter the U.S. market.
This includes COLA applications for every SKU, label reviews to ensure regulatory compliance, and state-by-state registration in each market you want to enter. We manage the process from submission through approval so you are never waiting on paperwork you cannot track.

Your product is stored in our own centralized warehouse in Northern Virginia. This is not a third-party facility where your pallets sit alongside thousands of other brands with no visibility into the fees being applied.
We own the facility. We manage receiving, storage, pick and pack, and outbound fulfillment with a single chain of custody from when your product arrives to when it ships to the retailer. Transparent handling charges, no surprise markups from warehouse operators you have never met.

Stateside manages your brand through our master account on a wholesale network that reaches licensed retailers across 11 markets, including New York, New Jersey, Maryland, Washington DC, Illinois, Florida, California, Texas, Connecticut, Colorado, and Wisconsin. Account setup with Stateside is highly automated. You do not manage separate distributor relationships in each state. We handle it through a single account structure.
The traditional model requires an inventory staging relationship in each state you sell in, multiplying your costs and complexity with every market you add. Our model ships from a single Virginia facility to retailers across all active markets, keeping your operations centralized and your costs predictable.

For brands that already have an established importer of record relationship or are migrating from another operator, Stateside offers warehouse-only service as a standalone option. Your inventory moves to our Northern Virginia facility while you complete your transition or maintain your existing compliance structure.
