Stateside serves as your importer of record with the Alcohol and Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau (TTB). We handle the federal permits, state registrations, and label approvals that are required before a single bottle can enter the U.S. market.
This includes COLA applications for every SKU, label reviews to ensure regulatory compliance, and state-by-state registration in each market you want to enter. We manage the process from submission through approval, so you are never waiting on paperwork you cannot track.

Your product is stored in our own tax-paid warehouse in Northern Virginia. This is not a third-party facility where your pallets sit alongside thousands of other brands with no visibility into the fees being applied.
We own the building, manage the staff, and set the pricing. That means flat-rate pallet storage, transparent handling charges, and no surprise markups passed through from warehouse operators you have never met.

We connect your brand to licensed retailers across the United States through a direct-to-retail distribution platform. Retailers browse, order, and receive your product without you needing to stage inventory in every state.
