We built this because we needed it.

Stateside was founded by people who spent years navigating the U.S. import system as brand owners. We know what it feels like to open an invoice and not recognize half the charges.

From brand owner to operator.

Before Stateside, we operated on the other side of the table. We worked with the major pay-to-play importers, sat through opaque billing cycles, fought for credits on charges that should never have appeared, and watched our margins erode under escalating fee structures we had no control over.

We experienced firsthand what happens when a brand puts its trust and product in the hands of operators who treat compliance as a commodity and client relationships as an afterthought.

So we built the company we wished we had found. One with its own warehouse. One with transparent pricing. One that treats a brand's entry into the American market as a partnership, not a transaction.

Principles that shape how we operate.

Transparency is not a feature.

It should not be remarkable that a company tells you what things cost before they charge you. We think every fee should be explainable in a single sentence. If it is not, it probably should not exist.

Ownership means something.

We never take title to your product. Your brand, your inventory, your relationships. We are the infrastructure underneath it, and we take that responsibility seriously.

Simplicity is earned.

Making something simple for the client requires a lot of work behind the scenes. We invest in our operations so that your experience feels effortless. That is the whole point.

Good service speaks for itself.

We do not need lock-in contracts because we would rather keep clients by being the best option than by making it hard to leave. Thirty days notice. That is it.

Built with discipline, run with integrity.
