U.S. Import & Distribution
Stateside handles import compliance, warehousing, and retail distribution from a single facility. No per-state staging. No hidden fees. No lock-in.
The platform built by a brand that paid 60 cents on the dollar to a legacy operator and decided not to do it again.
Start a ConversationWhat We Do
One partner for the entire chain. We act as your importer of record, store your product in our own warehouse, and distribute to retailers across the country through a direct-to-retail platform.
Federal and state regulatory filings, COLA applications, label reviews, and importer of record services. We handle the paperwork so you can focus on your brand.
Your product is stored in our own tax-paid warehouse in Virginia. Not a third-party facility with middleman markups. Transparent, flat-rate storage you can plan around.
Direct-to-retail fulfillment across 10+ states from a single location. No need to stage inventory in warehouses across the country. We ship, you sell.
Two Ways to Work With Us
Whether you already hold U.S. permits or need full compliance support, Stateside has a path that fits.
Track 01
Tax-paid pallet storage and fulfillment for licensed importers, wholesalers, and distributors who already hold their permits. Bring your own compliance. We do the warehousing.

A turnkey U.S. back-office. Stateside acts as your importer of record, compliance shop, warehouse, and fulfillment partner under one account. For brands entering, switching operators, or restructuring their cost stack.

We built the process to be simple because the industry made it unnecessarily complicated.
We review your brand, register your SKUs with federal and state authorities, and set up your compliance infrastructure. You retain full ownership of your product.
Your product arrives at our Virginia warehouse. We receive, inspect, and store it. One facility, one point of contact, one invoice.
Your bottles are listed on a direct-to-retail platform accessible to thousands of licensed retailers across the country. Orders ship within days.
Why Stateside
The import and distribution space is full of opaque pricing, surprise fees, and contracts designed to lock you in. We do things differently.
60¢
We spent nine months as a brand operating under a national pay-to-play platform. When the billing data was reconciled, more than 60 cents of every dollar earned had gone back to the operator in platform fees, warehousing, and distribution charges. That was not an outlier. It was the architecture of the model. We migrated all operations in-house in July 2025 and rebuilt the cost structure from the ground up. Stateside is what we built.
Most operators use third-party warehouses and pass the markups on to you. We own our facility, which means transparent pricing and no intermediary inflation.
Traditional distributors require you to stage inventory in every state you sell in. We ship nationally from a single Virginia facility, eliminating duplicated storage costs.
Our service is month-to-month with 30 days notice. No annual contracts, no compounding rate increases, and no 6-month termination windows.
We never buy or take title to your product. Your brand, your inventory, your customer relationships. We are the infrastructure that makes it work.
Pay-to-play operators contract with warehouses and submit orders. We own the warehouse. The same team that takes your call moves your pallets. No subcontracted handling, no hidden fees between the platform minimum and what actually gets billed.
